Choice Voucher Program
The purpose of the program is to help people secure safe, decent and affordable
housing. The Program provides assistance paying rent. The program has 538 slots
although at any given time approximately 500 are filled by eligible persons.
Vouchers can be used in Northampton or Accomack County but are also portable to
other parts of the United States.
Income Guidelines Application Annual Plan Homelessness Intervention Program The purpose of this program is to provide assistance to people having a temporary financial crises due to unforeseen circumstance. Through rent or mortgage financial assistance, intensive one-on-one counseling, and financial literacy education the program helps people regain self-sufficiency.
